DaVinci Octodome™ Luxury Glamping

We stayed one night for our anniversary in the DaVinci Octadome and it was amazing. First off communication was excellent from the beginning so we knew everything we needed to do from the beginning. Self check in was easy with no need to come in contact with anyone. We loved this dome because of the privacy it allowed us to have. It was located by itself at the end of a dirt road that you get to with a golf cart. The attention to detail was amazing. Everything from the craftsmanship of the dome to the ceder log hot tub you could tell a lot of thought and effort was put in. The dome was stocked with all the essentials like dishes, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker and even coffee pods and snacks like popcorn and oatmeal. The Bluetooth sound system was a nice touch to listen to whatever you want while sitting by the fire with the wood they provide. There is even a grill if you would like to cook on site. The owners even offer to bring you homemade hard apple cider in the evening and fresh eggs for breakfast complimentary. Wifi was excellent and we had no service issues even though you feel like you are remote from civilization. Definitely recommend and we will definitely be back in the near future.

Amazing place, didn’t have enough time which I had more time

The owners were very nice and courteous. We stayed at the meadow lark. The hot tub wasn't deep enough or warm enough for us and the windows and skylight were dirt so it was hard to admire the beautiful view. If we would come back we would stay in another dome next time.

Super fun experience. Rooms have everything you need! A small creek was behind the domes. The owners included kayaks and a paddleboard to use. Nice touch! The only thing I can say in the negative and it's not really negative just now of an observation.... the domes do have ac but in the summer they can still get very warm in them. If you do not like that maybe try for a cooler month. We went in july, but we had a great time and are going to go back during the fall

Timothy and Angela nailed it! My husband and I went there for a little trip away and it was just perfect! The view was breathtaking and we loved that it was so private. All we could hear was the birds and the wind. The cabin we stayed at was FoxyRidge and it was perfect! It was cozy and had all the amenities we would need. We tried to work the grill and had some difficulties but we texted them and they texted us right back. We hope to go again some day.

Our stay at the Meadowlark dome was absolutely perfect! The Bluetooth audio system was a fantastic touch, allowing us to enjoy our favorite music throughout the dome. The hot tub provided the perfect way to unwind and relax, and the fire pit was excellent for cozy evening gatherings. We loved the flexibility of cooking on the grill or using the hot plate when it rained. The individually controlled A/C and heat ensured we were comfortable at all times. The peaceful surroundings, with other campers far enough away, made our stay feel private and serene. Firewood was provided, which was a great convenience, and the basic kitchen utensils, including a wine opener and a can opener, were very handy. The hammock overlooking the mountains was a favorite spot, and the picnic table allowed us to enjoy meals outside in the fresh air. The dome had plenty of natural light during the day and dimming lights for a cozy nighttime ambiance. The host was incredibly attentive to any and all concerns, addressing them immediately and ensuring our stay was perfect. We will definitely return to this wonderful glamping spot!

This was my second stay at WV Glamping Domes and once again everything was perfect! The domes have all of the necessities that you may need during your stay including bedding, towels, shampoo/ conditioner and body wash. The waterfront location of The Manor made for peaceful mornings and evenings, and we even got to see a few beavers having breakfast! The hosts are attentive, available, and highly responsive. I love that the domes are dog friendly and the property has plenty of places to explore. We have thoroughly enjoyed both of our stays here and will recommend a trip here to anyone! Thank you for creating such a wonderful experience in a beautiful location!

"Firelight" is the perfect romantic weekend trip! The dome and tubs were incredibly clean upon arrival, and all basic necessities were provided - towels, washcloths, robes, shampoo/conditioner/body wash/bubble bath. There are 2-person sets of plates, bowls, utensils, champagne flutes, and goblet style wine glasses on-site. The mini fridge is the style that includes a mini freezer. If you're from way out of state like us, it's good to note that you don't need to haul in all your basic food. There are two small grocery stores only a few minutes away you can stop at. We walked one of the trails, and there were cows along one of the fences that were adorable. We also kayaked the creek, which was a great little adventure! A few notes: -There is no external outlet or light to the dome on the side with the fire pit area, so make sure to set up your fire while there is still some light out so you don't trip while holding sticks. -This dome gets HOT in the summer during the day. We stayed in it in July, and even with two A/C units and fans it would be uninhabitable for the elderly, pregnant, or very young from 1pm-5pm while the sun is directly overhead. The thermostat on the wall was reading 98° at 2pm. That being said, this is completely expected when staying in a vinyl bubble! We planned fun excursions during those hours each day. Lost World Caverns, Old World Libations winery, and Hawk Knob cidery are all within driving distance of the domes! Outside of those hours, the temperatures were PERFECT inside. The only thing I would recommend changing out for the theme of this dome are the ceiling overhead light bulbs. The wall lights are a soft flickering orange, but the overheads are bright white. Turning them on at night takes away the romantic softness of the dome. Yellow lighting would set a more relaxed mood. Fun fact - if you're wondering if a free-standing movie projector screen fits between the tubs, it does! We brought ours, which is adjustable to fit different room widths. The WiFi was strong enough for streaming without any issues. We loved our stay. It was the best weekend trip we've had in years. We'll definitely be back!

Spectacular views all around you! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets you can view from the dome, the campfire or the hot tub. Whether you stay in the Foxyridge Dome one night or several nights, you will not be disappointed. I would also like to note that the owners are wonderful and friendly hosts who will make your experience unforgettable! This was an amazing adventure and we will be back to enjoy it again in the future!

We stayed in Meadowlark for 2 nights to celebrate my birthday. What an amazing experience! The dome and views were absolutely stunning and we enjoyed our time kayaking and exploring the beautiful creek and property. Napping in the hammock was an added bonus and loved watching deer and fireflies in the evening. I cannot wait to come back!!!

I take solo trips often, and this was one of my favorite experiences! As a teacher, I’m always looking for relaxing places after the school year, and this place didn’t disappoint. I stayed in the Aromatic Cedar dome, and it was so pretty in the dome and outside! It was well stocked with all the essentials, and the hot tub was so relaxing. The bed was super comfortable!! I also rented an e-bike for a charge and had a lot of fun riding that. I am not typically a camper, so I thought this glamping experience would be a good shot at it haha. The dome was right on the water, and I loved how peaceful it was. I spent a couple hours kayaking on it, and it was very serene. The breakfast was delicious and very generously priced considering what you might spend on breakfast elsewhere, and they deliver it to you! The hosts are very kind, accommodating, and responsive! It’s a perfect place to get away, relax, and embrace peace. It is an introvert’s paradise haha. Great, peaceful location. Very clean. Very safe. So glad we found this little gem!! This Wes the perfect place for us to escape our busy lives to. At night it was the most zen place I've ever been. Beautiful accent lighting sets the mood for pure relaxation! The shower is spectacular, showering with nature surrounding you is unexplainable. The inside was decorated beautifully and the bed.....omggg super comfortable and heated for those chillier nights, make you not want to get out of it! Check in and out was so simple and the owners are fantastic at being there for you almost immediately if needed!!!

WV Glamping Domes is a relaxing getaway for peace, quiet and tranquility. It’s a place to reconnect. We stayed in Foxyridge, which is a wonderful dome with all of the luxuries of a nice hotel, yet nestled in a very serene nature setting. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub, the nature walks and just sitting in the chairs taking in the beautiful views while listening to the birds. The owners have invested so much for the comfort of their guests from an amazingly cozy heated bed with high end bedding, a cool rain fall shower head, air conditioning, a kitchenette, glow in the dark stones in the flooring, and so much more. Lying in bed and seeing the stars and lightening bugs through the clear top dome is incredible. Timothy is only a text away if you need anything. The owners truly go above and beyond to make sure that you have a wonderful experience. Their hospitality toward their guests is exemplary!! You will love a getaway at WV Glamping Dones!!

We stayed in the Meadowlark for two nights and had an incredible time. The unobstructed views from the mountain top mixed with total silence other than the birds was the relaxation we were after. We sat in the chairs and read while watching the sun set each evening. Going to sleep and seeing the stars through the roof was the best way to end each day. We will definitely be back!

We stayed one night at “The Manor”, for something cool and different to do as a halfway point from Buffalo, NY down to our Myrtle beach vacation. It’s was so much more than I was expecting, that I wish we’d have been able to stay longer! Once the sun begins to go down, the many air conditioners and fans make the domes truly comfortable to sleep in. They have a fireplace and heaters if you’re staying in the colder months. The beds were super comfy too! My family and I enjoyed the hot tub that was right near the peaceful stream, under string lights. It was beautiful. They had lawn games, paddle boards, kayaks, e-bikes to rent etc. I only wish we’d had more time to be able to enjoy all of the perks. Since we didn’t have a whole lot of time to be able to enjoy it, it was really helpful that the domes are pretty well stocked. Everyone who’s been camping knows you have to basically pack an entire house up to bring with you, but these domes had everything we needed, including cooking utensils, bedding, even shampoo and body wash for the bathrooms! It was nice that I didn’t have to pack for an entire second trip for our stay. The owners were kind and helpful, even offering complementary cider, or to bring us breakfast! I would recommend these domes to anyone, whether you’re a camper or not! I’d definitely like to return one day for a longer stay!

We stayed in the Foxyridge for our 20th anniversary. I can't say enough, everything was prefect. The domes are very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The land is so peaceful. You have everything you need in the domes. The town has a couple places to eat, if you want to get out and do more the town of Lewisburg has everything you could think of. The owners are great and very helpful. They even scheduled thunderstorms every evening around 8pm for us. It was so nice to lay on the bed and watch the storm from the clear roof.

Excellent adventure. The attention to detail was phenomenal. Every thing you needed was furnished. So quiet and relaxing. Dont miss out on the yummy breakfast. I would recommend this place to everyone!

This was an amazing experience. The owners are nice and will help you in any way. The amenities you are provided are above and beyond and do not compare to a hotel. I loved my stay in the Manor dome with my friends and will definitely be back in the future. Being in nature and enjoying a hot tub under stars is a perfect way to relax and disconnect from reality. We just got back from our stay at the Meadowlark dome and are so grateful for such a relaxing weekend. The dome has everything you need for a restful time including one of a kind views and small touches like a heating blanket and yeti mugs. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the owners have gone out of their way to make you feel at home and free to explore but with obvious markings. Everything was truly pituresque and you can feel the care in evey detail. We also felt very safe- had a super easy and painless check in and had all the info we needed upon arrival . Highly recommend and will definitely be returning for another restful weekend.

Nice place or in the middle of nowhere kinda what we were looking for. Loved the showers, and toilet area. Bed was smaller than what we are used to, but hey, we were not at home, so not a problem. Hardcore coffee drinkers, like meself, beware. Keurig machine supplied, I suggest taking your own pourover device. Expect cheeky wildlife, IMO needs a cat or two roaming freely. Keep dry goods in sealed containers as if you were truly camping. Just a reminder you are not staying in a hotel/motel (who else said "Holiday Inn"), but seriously it's a step up from actual camping, so some minor differences should be expected. Enjoyed our stay overall except for some new friends we made.

My husband and I had the most wonderful time. We didn't want to leave! We stayed at Foxyridge for 3 nights and were so impressed with the thoughtfulness and comfort of our dome and the whole experience. You can tell they take much pride in their farm and in their business. Can't wait to go back!

We stayed at the Meadowlark for our 20 year wedding anniversary and everything was as described on their website. We absolutely loved the quietness and the comfort of the meadowlark. Even during a thunderstorm our first night it the place was awesome was able to just watch the rain and lightning through the skylight. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. We will definitely be coming back but next time it will be with our boys. Thank you for a wonderful experience we had the greatest time during our stay.

We stayed in the firelight dome for our anniversary and had the most amazing time. Every detail was perfect and even with the chilly weather we had so much fun in the cozy dome. From the heated bed to the heated toilet seat, the owners seem to have thought of everything! We are already planning our next trip!

LOVED our weekend getaway! We stayed in Meadowlark and it was beautiful and just what we needed. We had gorgeous views and the location was perfect. We enjoyed time in the hammock, time in the hot tub, and time just relaxing in the chairs facing the mountain. We enjoyed a leisurely stroll on Butterfly Trail and took in all the beauty of the creek and mountains. The dome itself had everything needed including a heated bed! We will definitely be back to check out another dome! P.S. the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash smelled sooooo good!

My partner and I had a really lovely stay. The owners were very responsive, thought of anything we could possibly need, and everything was clearly marked and easy to navigate. We definitely recommend!

My wife and I stayed here over the weekend and enjoyed every minute of it! The owners have thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable and they are very responsive. We stayed in Firelight and loved it. We cooked out on the grill for dinner and had every thing we needed to make it a great meal. The Keurig with coffee pods furnished and creamers in the refrigerator was awesome and nice to have for the cool morning. It rained almost all night and the sound of the rain on the dome made us sleep like babies. My wife and I are both originally from Wild and Wonderful WV, so we know the beauty our state offers. This is a hidden gem and you will love Glamping here!!

I was gifted a weekend stay for a Christmas present last year. This was the first weekend they had open, so we took it. I was worried about “camping” in December, but I am so glad we did. We had been getting very detailed emails from the host for a while explaining the check in process, what to bring, what to expect, etc. The sites are very easy to find and the entrance is well marked. The first things you come to are the 3 domes by the creek. We were staying at Meadow lark, which is on top of the fields, so we had to load everything into a golf cart to get there. The instructions were very clear with where to park and the codes to the golf cart and the door code for the dome. We did have to make two trips to get everything to the dome, but it was a fun drive on the golf cart. Our dome was at the top of the field, but the golf cart handled the muddy path with no issues. It is a working farm so you do have to be mindful of the cows and horse. The dome itself was very nice and well stocked. It is heated with electric heat, as well as heated mattress pad. There is a microwave, hot plate, refrigerator, and all the dishes and utensils you need. There is also an outdoor grill for you to use. The bathroom has a small hot tub which is partially heated by wood stove outside. Make sure to keep the fire going as it takes a while to heat up. There is a waterfall shower head and handheld wand for the shower. We had plenty of hot water for showers the first two days, Sunday mornings shower was a little chilly. There is a private commode in the bathroom as well as a sink. There are plenty of towels as well as soap, shampoo and conditioner. We opted for breakfast on Saturday and it was wonderful. The host delivered it promptly at 9 am and it was hot and fresh. We even found out his secret for the French toast. We had an issue with one of the lights, so we send a text just so they would know. He replied immediately and came to fix it. He was very respectful of our privacy but was always available to answer questions or deliver firewood. While he was there fixing the light we were talking about his farm and how everything works. I could have talked for hours about all the things he did in the domes. He is very knowledgeable and likes to tinker with everything. There is wifi there but it doesn’t always work. I’m sure that was user error on our part as it worked at times. We didn’t miss the wifi as it forced us to put the phones down. We had brought games to play so we stayed occupied. We did trek out on Saturday to Gap Mills to visit the Cheese and More store and the Dough Ball bakery. Wonderful food at both places. Downtown Lewisburg is also close by if you want to shop in small boutique stores. Thank you to our host for an amazing and peaceful weekend. It was what we needed to recharge before the holidays. We will visit again and check out one of the domes by the creek.
