The Perfect Weekend Getaway
My husband and I had the absolute best time staying at WV Glamping Domes for our anniversary. It was our first time in the area and it was beautiful. We stayed in the Firelight dome and it was just the place we needed to unwind, and reconnect. Everything was absolutely perfect. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay was magical. The homemade hard apple cider Timothy shared with his guests as a thank you for staying was absolutely delicious!! We sipped it by the fire while listening to the WVU-Pitt game! We are looking forward to our next getaway and cant wait to return!
Amazing 5th Anniversary Get Away
My husband & I booked this get away for our 5th Anniversary! The domes were unlike anything we have seen or anywhere we have stayed! The attention to details is top notch! It was modern simplistic at its finest! The cool nights matched with the amazing comfort of the bed, heated mattress pad & fluffiest pillows ever, gave us the best rest we have ever had! The soaking tubs provided relaxation. The heated toilet seat was out of this world amazing! The home made cider that Tim delivered should definitely be bottled & sold! The farm fresh eggs were a great start to the day & the best weve ever had! The craziness of the world the last few years has made us realize & appreciate small businesses that may not be deemed a necessity to big brother but is a necessity to our physical, mental & emotional health. Supporting these small businesses helps owners to hold onto their dreams. This was exactly what we needed & highly recommend this to all! We cant wait to visit again! Romantic weekend
My husband and I had a great weekend escape from all the hustle and bustle of every day life!! Tim and his wife were very accommodating to every need we had!! The firelight was definitely top notch from the heated king bed, the twin soaking tubs to the heated toilet seat!!! They have thought of everything. Tim serves his homemade cider every night complementary. If you do want to splurge I highly recommend having Tim deliver breakfast (his French toast is delicious) and rent the vanderhall! We celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary here and it was definitely a great time! Thanks for making our stay a great memory! We will definitely return!! The Fazenbaker’s

We had such a wonderful romantic getaway experience in the meadowlark dome for our 12th anniversary couples trip vacation! It’s so refreshing to have such wonderful hosts. The cider was wonderful. Heated blanket/mattress. Seclusion. Travel to the domes was filled with wildlife we saw on the way (horse wasn’t one 😂). There are plenty of activities close by, including restaurants. We can't wait to book our vacation travel trip to the glamping resort for the summer and bring our kids!
Absolutely amazing! We stayed at the Meadowlark dome for our five year wedding anniversary weekend and it was the most relaxing vacation. The room was perfect. Every detail and comfort has been thought out in the resort rooms, making it the perfect romantic getaway for travel. The views from the resort are immaculate. When you stay WV Glamping Domes for a romantic getaway, consider eating at the home-style restaurant Big Wheel down the road in Alderson. It's close for a quick meal on your travel / trip. Looking forward to our next stay already!
This glamping experience is a must try for everyone! Even though I grew up in WV, I do not consider myself an outdoors person. However, during my recent trip, I was amazed by the breathtaking view and took some stunning photos of the scenery. The dome we stayed at was fantastic. Not a typical mundane hotel stay... My husband and I, a couple, came to this in stead of a hotel to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and received the wonderful gift of an unforgettable anniversary. We had an amazing time taking photos together! The views and attention to detail are very apparent, making the stay feel like a luxury resort instead of camping! The courtesy of the glamping staff and the keen eye for detail create an exceptional experience for couples. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping close by if couples want things to do that are not camping related! Additionally, the hotel offers a stunning view and courtesy services. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

We had an amazing, romantic night getaway glamping for our anniversary ❤️ nothing but good things to say about this place. We were impressed and we'll be back for our next anniversary. So peaceful, the glamping dome was perfect, delicious cider from the hotel owner, overall a 10/10 experience beats out every hotel stay we ever had, we definitely recommend and will be back to try other camp sites 😀

Unique and unbelievable!
What an incredible and unique stay at WV Glamping - way better than a hotel with waterfront domes, epic views, and stargazing. We enjoyed unplugging, taking beautiful walks along the creek and around the farm, and sitting by the fire; but nothing beats the dome itself! Glad we stayed here instead of a cabin or hotel. The phenomenal heated bed made us never want to get up; the spectacular star gazing from the comfort of the dome; and the relaxing claw feet soaking tubs were just a few amenities of this outstanding romantic stay destination! It’s beautiful! Not a single detail has been missed. The room's rainfall shower, heated bed, hot tub, fire pit, and the star filled sky was perfect, absolutely perfect. We can’t wait to re-visit the domes, (I may never stay in a hotel again,) hopefully when the snow is falling. 💖💖

A great couples getaway for any occasion, with other domes large enough for families. We enjoyed quietness and privacy at our dome with great sunset and mountain views. The owner communicated everything clearly about check in/check out and about anything and everything we needed while there. You can tell great thought was put into the glamping experience.
Oh my gosh. A real glamping style. Wanted to stay longer.... so relaxing and its booked so fast!!!
Place was amazing! My family loved it, highly recommend this place. Showers were great, beds were super comfortable....enjoyed all of it.
This place exceeds our expectations. My husband and BIL were not fans of camping/glamping in general but they fell in love with this place. It’s pretty, so very cool (just look at our night view), unique, has so many things to do. I’m writing this review on our first night here as we’re impressed by the thoughtfulness, sweet, kindness of this place’s owner. They are absolutely generous and so easy to work with. We will come back again, that’s for certain!

This was such a unique fun adventure. From check in to check out everything is so well thought out, and the attention to detail every single step of the way made everything flow so easily. It was a little chilly (in the 20s at night) and we were well equipped to stay cozy between the heaters, heated bed, and optional heated blankets we did not feel the cold. We noted there is also air conditioning available which I could see being convenient in warmer times. The privacy and views are spectacular. We received a text message prior to arrival with very detailed arrival instructions and FAQ, easily accessed our find cart and dome, and were able to enjoy our stay. The day of check out we received a text message with instructions and helpful hints, the dome was well equipped with everything we needed and more! There were farm fresh eggs in our fridge when we arrived which were delicious and easy to enjoy with the kitchen set up available in the dome. I would absolutely recommend this and we will certainly be returning!
